Come and experience beautiful watches, while enjoying great food and drinks.
Watches & Wonder is just behind us… and that means a huge number of new watches for us to cover in articles and videos, and for you to discover. And now, we are planning an event where you can get some hands-on time with some of these new timepieces if you didn’t have the time or opportunity to travel to Geneva during Watches & Wonders. The event will focus on high-end Independent Watchmakers, including Christiaan van der Klaauw, Czapek, Ressence and Laurent Ferrier.
The event is named Taste of Time, as we are organizing it together with Dutch retailer Reijersen Jewellers, who always mixes gastronomy and horology. Taste of Time allows you to see watches from the participating brands, including many of the new watches presented recently. And that while enjoying some great finger food (oysters, pata negra and more), sip from a glass of bubbles (beer is also available) or drink a good espresso.
The brands that have confirmed their attendance are Christiaan van der Klaauw, Czapek, Arnold & Son, Angelus, Speake Marin, Ressence, Holthinrichs, Machiel Hulsman, Laurens de Rijke and Laurent Ferrier. And there just might be some extra surprises…
When? On Friday May 31st and Saturday June 1st.
Where? In the small picturesque town of Oudewater.
Are you living in the Netherlands, and you’d love to attend the Taste for Time event, it would be a great pleasure to meet with you. This of course not exclusive to people living in the Netherlands; you’re most welcome if you want to come and since the event is pretty central in the Netherlands, a drive from Belgium or Germany, and maybe even Luxembourg, is very doable.
